"Clean room and comfy bed"

"Location is good for being a close walk to South Bank. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The room clean and very comfy bed but not modern and luxurious normal feeling hotel. "

"Location is great, between south bank and west end. apartment was clean and spacious. Bed was rubbish, way too soft, dipping in the middle, clearly time for replacement of mattress. Hallway stank of cigarette smoke constantly, but other than that, it was pretty good."

"No Wifi, of which staff are aware as it has been getting fixed for the last week-fortnight this also then impacted on the tv, we couldn't stream anything. Rooms are so tired and need a revamp. Shower tiny and difficult to get into. Only used hot water as it was at best, luke warm. Buffet breakfast was nice except for the egg selection, only had scrambled which were drowning in liquid"

"The apartments are perfectly located next to the shopping mall and close to public transport. Our apartment was on the top level and had the most amazing, huge wrap around balcony. definitely a standout feature. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge was very comfortable. The beds were comfy with the black out curtains making for a nice sleep. The bathroom was equipped with a washing and drying machines and the shower had a rain head. The negatives were it is very outdated with an old tv (no smart tv), broken sink plugs, balcony door lock and fridge light. The free breakfast is put on by volunteers for the needy from the hospital and is very simple. The paperwork from the management seemed to be from 2020 and kept referring to the pandemic. "

"A budget option close to the city centre. A small room with comfortable bed and everything you need. Kettle basic coffee. Tv. Little balcony and chairs with soarse city views. If it summer or hot or will need the aircon and they are oldstylw box type in window, so works but noisy. I would stay again if the price was low enough but not for a special occasions "
