「客房設計典雅舒適，但說真的訂面對都市景的房間很受隔壁棟辦公大樓影響，睡覺還是很能感受隔壁辦公室的亮光，還是推薦考量住宿的人選擇面河景觀房。客房清潔但因為我們住宿三晚，第一晚有忘記補充盥洗用品狀況，電話要求客房服務但速度頗慢不像五星級飯店應有的水準。飯店所在位置很獨特很美，但交通不易，所以要吸引人們來住宿，勢必在服務上要做加強。曾有一天早晨約十點我們特別到櫃檯告知請在一點前來整理房間，兩個小孩要睡午覺，但一點回到房間仍未整理。我們打電話告知櫃檯請他們快來整理但仍是等了將近一個小時才來，而那時小孩已經在房內睡著燈已關，本來要求下午一點前整理的房間，用到下午四點我們全家都在房間睡著了才一直開門要整理……服務很不好」

「The stay here is excellent, the room is clean, comfy decoration, with everything needs for a single stay. Kitchenware is more than sufficient, the bathroom is big and the mirror is super good for makeup. While the bed is the best I found in my three weeks Europe trip, but the pillow could be improved.
