「Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.」

「We needed a spot near the train station to catch an early train in the morning. It is an easy 8 to 10 minute walk to the station. The room is simple, but well furnished, and plenty of space for two people. Nice bathroom, good shower. There is a functional kitchen with some basics if you want to cook your own food, and there are many restaurants within a very short walk if you want just a quick bite. Good value for money, perfect for what we wanted.」

「the person on reception was very unhelpful-I asked for the number for room service and when I went up to my room I found there was no telephone so how I am I meant to contact reception?? Turned out the lift was not working and my room was on the third floor; had to carry the luggage up to my room myself. The window in my room had been left open; it turned out there was a bad odour which they were trying to reduce. Bed was very uncomfortable blanket was thread bear, mattress was thread bear and...

「We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

「Absolutely horrendous experience with a "host" who was completely unreasonable and unfair, that ruined our weekend and left us with a loss of money (and extra unofficial charges through PayPal) and no where to stay. Never again and would advise starting well clear. 」
