“Except for navigating our way out of the parking garage, the entire stay was WONDERFUL! Everything there was so clean and luxurious. The staff were all accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous. The bed was great, but the pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on! ”

“Everyone was super helpful and nice. The valets took extra care of my vehicle. They were helpful in giving info about the area. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The only downside was one of the lamps on the right side of the bed didn’t work. I normally sleep on that side. Bed was large. It was comfortable. I had a great view of Neyland Stadium and the campus. I’d stay here again. Wish they had soda and snack machines. The gift shop had coke products only. ”

“Loved the reception from Kenzie. Grouped out three rooms together without asking and loved being offered unlimited water as it was a brutally hot day. The parking assistant (Ben) was so pleasant and personable and we enjoyed talking to him. The barista in the am was engaging as well:) Staff and comfort of the bed and sitting area made our visit amazing:) ”

“This was a great way to end my vacation, since my flight arrived at a late hour into TYS. It is an easy and straight walk from baggage claim to the Hilton,or they will come get you in their shuttle. The hotel is great. Pool is fun, too, Restaurant and bar on site.”
