「The owners were very responsive. The property was well kept and comfortable. Even with the owners living on site, there was no one bothering us. We didn’t do any outdoor activities on the property with all of the cabins being rather close together with no separation, but it was too hot to be outside anyway.」

「The host was great, the cabin was beautiful and gave the exact aesthetics we were looking for. It ended up raining a majority of our stay and we got to watch the rain come in on a comfortable porch with a beautiful view. It was a quick stay for us but we plan on visiting again! 10/10 experience」

「This historic location was an amazing home base for our girl’s trip to NE Iowa. It’s clean and such a unique place to stay. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for the four of us. Our favorite part was people watching from the sun room area, although margaritas on the back patio were a close second. :)」

「My husband and I found ourselves with a couple of childfree days around my birthday and decided we wanted a quiet place to unplug during the day, relax, and watch scary movies at night without fear of waking up little kids. We did a quick search on VRBO and landed on this cabin given its proximity to Minneapolis (not too far away, not too close) along what we assumed would be a nice, scenic drive. First, let’s talk about the location. Despite living 3.5 hours away for the last 20 years, I...

「Well maintained home. Very clean and had everything we needed. It’s walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. Great to sit on the screened in porch, look at the river, enjoy a cup of coffee. We had 10 adults for three days and never felt crowded. Plenty of areas to sit and relax. We will definitely stay here again.」
