❖ 2nd Bedroom: Enjoy a restful night on another plush queen-sized bed.
❖ 3rd Bedroom: Ideal for families or larger groups, this room features a queen-sized bed and two single beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for all.
New Amenity: Hot tub - available for guest's use
Note: We are still completing our landscape so please be extra careful in walking to and from the hot tub :)

Additional Notes:
-Please note there are 6 steps up the main porch to enter this home. The primary bedroom and full bath are on the main level. This 1920 home features stairs steeper than modern standards though customary for it's time. Please use caution when using the stairs.

We strive to ensure every guest has a memorable stay. Please note that the following limits may be imposed based on the host's discretion:
-Maximum 8 overnight guests
-Game room occupancy capped at 14 (where available)
-Parking limited to 3 cars in the driveway. (additional vehicle may park on any nearby public parking)
We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing all house rules and policies, as they contribute to the comfort of future guests and neighbors. Failure to comply may result in fines or, in severe cases, termination of the booking (This is the last thing we want to happen!)
