The entire front of the property has sea views - whether you’re waking up in the master bedroom, lounging in the living room, or BBQing on the huge patio - you’ll be looking out over 3km of golden sand and rolling waves.
This is a family home, designed to deal with whatever wet and sandy fun has been had on the beach. With a dedicated surf shower for rinsing wetsuits and boards and lots of room on the patio for things to dry in the sun.
It’s also great for quality time together, with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Where you can all be in the same space - cooking, watching tv, playing fussball etc.
If you don’t know Woolacombe, it’s part of the North Devon World Surfing Reserve. But there’s so much more fun to be had than just surfing, kayaking and SUPing. Walk around the corner and the golden sandy beach turns into little rocky bays where you can rockpool, snorkel or find a quiet suntrap. Venture further and you’ll join the coastal path for epic hikes where you’ll see seals and find quaint county pubs to end up at.
In the village you’ll find a variety of pubs, restaurants and takeaways. As well as beachside classics like arcades and amusements.
