Hop Pickers Rural Retreats

Hop Pickers Rural Retreats offer a unique collection of four dog friendly individual properties in a rural location at the end of a no through road between Worcester and The Malvern Hills. 17c Barn for 5 with enclosed private hot tub and secure garden, Log Cabin for 4 with hot tub on the balcony and hand crafted luxury Shepherd's Hut with private hot tub. There is also a fully furnished bell tent with a king size bed in a private enclosure. Superb facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool (May-Sept), characterful Games room, tennis court and woodland walk with wildlife hide.

A quiet break

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed having the pool to ourselves. It was very hot so we had to stay in with the dogs quite a bit but it was relaxing all the same. Amenties just a short drive away.

Fabulous Staycation at hoppickers. The Barn was immaculate.

Fantastic Family holiday at Hoppickers Barn. Games Room was fun..Tennis Court was Brilliant fun....The Outdoor pool was fantastic fun....we had alloted time slots for swimming pool...(Social distance)...Brilliant....couldn't have asked for more!!! The owners were on hand if needed and very Accommodating... Beautiful extensive grounds. We felt very safe with all social distances in place here...Thankyou Again.....we'll be Back...x

Lovely barn in a perfect area!

We only stayed here for two nights but really enjoyed our stay! Coming from London, it was lovely to get out in the countryside and we had a lovely walk to a local pub. The barn was just what we needed and the owners have been really helpful with any questions we had. Would really recommend staying here!

Great place to stay

A very nice welcome from the owners who where always on hand to help, very clean & tidy barn with everything you needed. The heated pool was nice even when not so warm so we spent a lot of time in there, lots of places to explore around the area with the hills 20 minutes away. Overall a fantastic holiday & if we want to stay in this area again we will definitely come back.

Lovely location, friendly hosts.

We had a lovely week at hop pickers. Great rural location easily within reach of lots of interesting places to visit. Our children loved the horses and chickens/ducks and the pool was an added extra as we were lucky with the weather. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Would recommend!

Beautiful barn conversion

Our short post Christmas stay at The Hop-Pickers Barn was excellent. It was warm, very comfortable and full of character. With two teenage boys, the amazing games room was a particular bonus. Highly recommended all round. Thank you.

Well presented barn conversion in a picturesque rural location

Louise (the owner) was a huge help leading up to the visit by answering questions on email and by sending over a comprehensive 'before you stay factsheet'. When we arrived we were very happy with our choice as the barn conversion looked just like the pictures and the ground were bigger than expected. Louise kindly arranged an early check in and was soon on hand to advise on local amenities l, like pubs and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay that much we are considering returning with other family members.

Lovely place to stay.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday. My daughter loved the games room. We had the tennis court and pool to ourselves. Would recommend for a family holiday - We had a teenager and a 9 year old and worked perfectly. Peaceful and relaxing. 5star holiday. The dog loved it!!

Very comfortabel rural location in lovely area

We enjoyed our week stay in Hoppickers Barn. Swimming pool was great to cool off after our daytrips in the area. Very well equipped cottage and friendly owners. Lots to see in the surrounding area and nice pubs to enjoy a meal.

Idyllic rural retreat

Fantastic place to stay - nature is certainly on the door step! Very comfy beds, with crisp white linen. We hired the barn which had one room with two single beds and another with one single and one double. The kitchen was well stocked, with a lovely welcome basket, their own made apple juice (which was delicious!) eggs, and various other items. Comfy living area to lounge and chat, we loved the windows being low down, but these would need to be kept shut if you had children staying. The swimming pool was deliciously warm and we spent hours in there even though it wasn’t a scorching hot day. Tennis court was perfect for a quick knock about. Louise was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome, allowing us a late check out, and best of all to cuddle one of their abandoned ducklings! Thank you Louise for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we all felt so rested and relaxed.

Fantastic place to stay!

May 2018 Hoppickers Barn is a gorgeous, relaxing two bedroom property which sleeps five, set in beautiful tranquil surroundings near the Maulvern hills in Worcestershire. The Barn is situated next to a large games room, which has a wealth of interesting games to keep all ages entertained and a great room to spend some family time. Set in the grounds is also the added luxury of a heated swimming pool and tennis court. During our stay Hoppickers Barn felt like a home away from home. The owners Louise and David are lovely friendly people who really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed during our stay. Hoppickers Barn... a great place to stay, tranquil and relaxing and great hospitality! A big thank you!

Gorgeous setting peaceful...all you need for a rest for stay

Not sure i would take my dogs again.....worried about the cream carpets after long muddy walks and could have done with a hoover just to keep things hair free

The Barn was everything we hoped for and more. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was very relaxing, and the games room offered a wonderful pastime in the evenings. Louise and her daughters were the perfect hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Brilliant, lovely people and beautiful property

Weekend break with girlfriend, was greeted by David who provided us with a tour of the property while Louise was grocery shopping for us. Lovely location with some great views of the hilltops, we found a stream in the forest nearby which we followed up to the river. Also visited 'Anupam' a brilliant Indian restaurant located a couple of miles away in Malvern, this was recommended by David and Louise and I'm so happy they did, lovely restaurant with great staff, amazing food and for very little cost, highly recommended. Overall brilliant weekend definitely go again. Thanks David and Louise
