Luxury with a view – 4-person villa with rooftop terrace by the IJsselmeer

This stylish L-shaped villa at MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal combines comfort, space and views. With a beautiful rooftop terrace, a lovely garden and two bedrooms with private bathrooms, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday by the water – as a couple or with the whole family.



Light, luxury and personal space

The villa is 70 m² and features a cosy living room with lots of natural light, a seating area with TV, a large dining table, and a modern open kitchen with cooking island, combi oven, dishwasher and induction hob with integrated extractor.

There are two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, each with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in rain shower. A separate toilet adds extra convenience.



Rooftop terrace and garden – always a sunny spot

Enjoy the morning sun in the garden with a dining table, and head to the spacious rooftop terrace with sun loungers in the afternoon. Whether you’re relaxing with a drink or stretching out in the sun – there’s always a perfect place to be.



Sustainable and complete

This villa is fully electric and equipped with solar panels, a heat pump, and a private parking space. And good news: pets are welcome, so your dog can come along too.



About the park and the area

MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal is located directly on the IJsselmeer and has everything for a carefree stay: a marina, beach, supermarket, playgrounds, sports field and cosy dining options.

Just 2 kilometres away lies the charming town of Workum, with nice shops and terraces. The surrounding area is full of great walking and cycling routes, and scenic waterways – perfect for active days or total relaxation.
