「We had the perfect stay. The Owls Nest was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. From the comfy bed, hot tub and the Webber bbq all made it so relaxing. Dog friendly which was a bonus. Jenny & Margaret were great hosts. We appreciated the special touches. We had such a lovely time that booked to go again before we left. Highly recommended.」

「5 star rating for a 5 star lodge. Beautiful place, gorgeous surroundings,loved all the animals (only negative was there was no food left each day to feed them!!) There was everything we needed in the Lodge and more!! Son loved the outdoor bath! We will definitely be returning!」

「Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly. Great location and for the size of the place not...

「Arrived on site, property isn’t as described - grounds dangerous as open shed with rubbish in unsafe for children. Empty beer cans left on decking, curtains ripped, property smelt really bad. Rude host when tried to discuss. weekend ruined and had to drive home. 」

「Took the grandsons for a few days glamping in one of the pods. Very clean and pretty much everything you need to camp with the added luxury of a real bed and shower. . Staff were really friendly and very helpful. The boys loved fishing on the little ponds, and even managed to catch a few. And they had their first experience of open water swimming in the lake. It’s very quiet through the week. Don’t know about weekends. And there is a cafe and bar which we made use of. Would definitely recommend...

「Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us.」
