Views all around!

Eastern views of the ocean and sunrises AND western views of the sound and sunsets -beautiful! House is lovely and equipped with everything you need. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughter’s upcoming wedding. Thank you!

Found one of the prettiest beaches on the East coast

Besides an A+ location this property has character as well as all the modern upgrades. All utilities functioned well. We loved the fact that the upstairs has a large Mater Bedroom, beautiful wrap around porch, large kitchen and dual sectional couches. $ more bedrooms are just below allowing for privacy and noise control. Having the pool is a huge plus becomes sometimes you just need to relax.

Great girls weekend getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful! Great oceanfront location and a quick walk to bars and restaurants. We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough room! We were very comfortable. The only way you can get from the top floor to the bottom floor is from walking outside or taking the elevator. Both are easy but we did not realize prior to arrival that there were no interior stairs. The house was very clean! The kitchen had everything you need to make meals at home!

There were several things that weren’t properly maintained. After several phone calls to Bryant Real Estate the areas of concern were fixed. They were very prompt to respond and get it right.

Good time

We had my wife’s family down for her 40th birthday. Found this house and looked amazing with amazing views. We all had a great time celebrating her bday. Nice clean hot tub and pool, just on the other side of the dunes from the ocean. My only complaint was that the elevator did not work and there are not interior stairs to get from one floor to the other. So you had to go outside and up the steps to the kitchen floor. When it was raining a little more irritating. A little info on that from the management company would have been great. They did mention the elevator not working, but not having interior stairs, I feel should have been addressed.

IN NEED OF UPDATES!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Looks great from the outside but the inside is need of updates! Not what we were expecting for a beachfront property. Also, we were told after we arrived that the pool and hot tub are serviced on Wednesdays so if you arrive on the weekend, don't expect it to be clean. The hot tub was disgusting! There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the shower knob in the master bedroom was broken. We had a day and a half of noise from the lawn service trimming the hedges/shrubs. And if that weren't enough, they wanted to bring in pest control which we strongly objected to. Bryant Real Estate was apologetic but wasn't willing to do anything for us except fix the shower knob. They seemed to put the blame on the owners for our issues. Needless to say our three day vacation was anything but relaxing.

Great get away

Everything was very clean and had an enjoyable stay. Only thing I would suggest is more rocking chairs (only 4) to enjoy the beautiful view!

The split upstairs and downstairs with no interior steps was a little odd at first but we got used to it. The location is fabulous and it was a nice convenience to have the pool to splash in as well as the beach. The wrap around porch is amazing. Would rent again for sure.

Reviewer Comments: Could not use master bath shower and tub since only scalding water came out.... that was Saturday checkin and plumbers came Monday but did nothing.Dishwasher did not clean but left globs of food particles everywhere.A few other minor inconveniences but this was something that needed immediate attention with small children at risk.Owner must be a cheapskate to not fix these ASAP

A couple of features of this house which we enjoy are the high level open porches on both the east and west sides of the house. It would have been better had the pool filtration system been working. It is a true duplex with no interior access between the top and bottom floor. The pool was uncovered but too cold to use on a chilly weekend. It is about a half mile to the Wrightsville beach shops, bars & restaurants which could be a quick walk or bike ride.

A Great Week

The construction next door was not too bad but it is a bit disconcerting to see the workers while we are in the pool. House was in good condition and having coffee on the porch cannot be beat! Bryant Real Estate was very solicitous and concerned that we were satisfied with our stay.
