“Stella Mia Lower” is a cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom lower unit duplex with tons of style and charm. It is just a short walk to the public beach access at the end of the street and offers ample outdoor space. Pull up a seat around the shared fire pit and relax under the stars with your favorite beverage. For a little more privacy, the backyard is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the sand or on the water. With sleeping accommodation for up to four, this little oasis is perfect for weekend getaways, small families, or couples’ retreats!

The split bedroom configuration provides privacy and maximizes the space, The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and is located next to the full bathroom. There is a combination washer dryer in the hall for added convenience. Just across from the living room is the second guest room - the bunk bed configuration makes this room great for kids! There is also a queen-size sofa bed located in the living room. As you step into the kitchen, the charm and character of this home truly grips you. Blush color cabinets surround the dining nook. This quaint kitchen provides all the essentials to prepare meals.

Kick back and watch your favorite movie on the plush sectional sofa in the living room. For those that really want to enjoy the island life, we suggest trying out the patio. Furnished with a cozy loveseat and ambient string lighting, the fenced in back yard is an oasis! Spend hours soaking in the soft breezes and salt air. Stroll down to the beach for an early morning walk and warm evenings grilling your fresh catch of the day. “Stella Mia (Lower)” makes it easy to slow down and truly relax. Stay Requirements: Friday to Friday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Bunk Bed (twin/twin), 1 Queen sofa bed.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 1 vehicle in the driveway directly in front of the garage. There is one on-street parking pass available for a total of 2 parking spots. On-street parking is first come first serve. Garage is not included with rental.
Pet Policy: Pets Considered. Pets are negotiable with non-refundable fee and refundable security deposit. Owner Approval Required.
Prohibited: No Smoking, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Fire Pit, Grill, Patio, EV Charger.
Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the garage facing the front gate and one on the roof facing the front stairs for the upper unit.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W305 – Stella Mia (Lower)” as a vacation rental.
