Beautiful oceanfront condo in Ocean Dunes!
*As of 10/21/2025, the HOA advised that the elevator in building H, Wrightsville Dunes will be temporarily out of service as they begin a necessary header repair project. This essential work is scheduled to start on December 13 and is expected to be completed by December 31. During this time, the elevator will be inoperable. The project is crucial for the long-term safety and structural integrity of our elevators in this beachside environment.
This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located in Wrightsville Dunes features an updated kitchen and tastefully updated baths. Located on the northern end of Wrightsville Beach, nestled among the sea oats and sandy white dunes, this first-floor condo has many special features that help offer comfort and enjoyment for your vacation. The master suite is oceanfront with a king bed that is positioned perfectly to offer the view of the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean along with picturesque sunrises. Relax on your deck while enjoying the cool sea breezes and ocean sounds to lull you into a state of total rest and relaxation.
The condo is all on one level which features a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living room combination along with 2 sound side guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a pyramid bunk (The top twin bed that is over the full is not available for use) twin over a full bed). The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. Each guest bedroom has water views of the tidal marsh which offers seasonally changing colors.
Amenities include a building elevator with service to all floors, tennis court, private beach access and 2 swimming pools. A great place for vacation memories!
The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Restrictions: Friday to Friday rental in Summer. Minimum of 2-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full (Twin bed on top bunk of Pyramid bed in not included in occupancy or linen package), 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Featured Amenities: Keyless Entry, Shared Outdoor Showers, Commercial Elevator, Two Community Pools, Private Community Beach Access, Tennis Court, Ocean Front, Sound Views.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
