"The hotel is in a very convenient location 5 minutes walk from the old town. The street is very quiet. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options for everyone. Three things didn't work for us: 1. Smell - cleaning staff must have sprayed some chemicals on the carpet or somewhere else and the smell was so strong that I had a headache. I asked at the reception and they told me it was done by cleaning crew. So the smell stayed as long as we did (and I am sure after our departure). 2. Air conditioning did not work in the room. It was warm, and we couldn't get it cooled. I even mentioned it to the reception staff and nothing changed. 3. No windows could be open, so we were stuck with warm and smelly room. The personnel was very friendly and attentive. "

"We had a fantastic 5-day stay at The Cyrus Hotel in Wroclaw. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with a really comfortable bed and a great shower that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The triple-glazed bedroom windows ensured a peaceful night’s sleep throughout. Breakfast was excellent, with a high-quality hot buffet and plenty of choice each morning. A special mention to Ali, the owner, who went out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay—his personal touch made a real difference. Highly recommended."
