「Very nice place, well maintained, extremely clean, very big room, excellent breakfast beautifully presented and very fresh, big parking lot. Every staff person was lovely, kind and welcoming. Room was beautifully decorated and having all I needed for a pleasant stay. Free tea/coffee facilities in a shared space with available honesty bar. I definitely recommend this place for business or pleasure trip, alone or with loved ones. Thank you very much to all the lovely staff!!」

「We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne 」

「Amazing place 」

「Wir waren schon das zweite Mal Hrad Vildstejn. Und wieder hat sich bestätigt, es hat alles von vorne bis hinten gepasst. Angefangen vom Zimmer, ein sehr großes geräumiges Zimmer, bzw. Zwei. Das Frühstück war auch gut, war alles da was man braucht und was satt macht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Dame an der Rezeption kann deutsch, also besser als ich tschechisch.」

「Frühstück was überraschend gut! Insbesondere gefällt mir das Overnight-Oat. Zimmer ist in Ordnung, aber auf meiner Anreise gab es bereits fremden Haare auf der Dusche Wand. Die Hauskeepingpersonen starten schon um ca. 6:30 sehr lautes Sprechen im Flur.」

「Wir waren für eine Übernachtung hier und können uns überhaupt nicht beschweren. Vom ersten Moment an war allea positiv. Die Besitzerin ist mit vollem Herz dabei, das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!」

「Room was modern but the bathroom was clogged and the water wasn’t drained. We almost can’t take shower that night. Front desk was closed between 11pm to 1pm so no help provided during this period. 」

「Bequemes Bett. Warme Wasser saubere Duschen. Frühstück minimal aber alles da und sehr bemüht es wird konstant nachgelegt. 」

「Ein richtig schönes Hotel. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, besser wie viele andere Hotels wo ich sonst bin. Ich übernachte viel, da ich im Außendienst arbeite. 」

「Der nette Checkin, das tolle Abendessen und wenn auch einfach aber völlig ausreichend und sauberes Zimmer, machten diesen Zwischenstopp zu einer kleinen Auszeit. Die sauberen duschen und dieses fantastische Frühstück, begleitet von freundlichem und umsorgenden Service brachten einen wundervollen Start in den Tag. Danke dafür!」

「Altstadt war zu Fuß erreichbar」

「Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend 」
