Nice house, with a few omissions

A pleasant spacious house, but lacked a good gathering space for all of us. No washing machine was a real problem. No freezer, either - and a bath would have been very welcome. It was odd having two kitchens. The surroundings were lovely.

Best Girlfriends forever

Es war ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende zum 1. Advent! Ziemlich abgelegenes Haus, aber da wir noch fit sind, waren die 4,5 km nach Xanten zu Fuß kein Problem! Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer war für uns (8 Personen) top. Leider stank es im oberen Bad sehr aus dem Ausguss der Dusche. Da wir insgesamt sehr unkompliziert sind, haben wir den Aufendhalt sehr genossen und bei wunderschönem Wetter eine unvergessliche Zeit!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir sind mit insgesamt 10 Personen angereist (2 Familien mit jeweils 3 Kindern). Im Vorhinein wurden wir gefragt, welche Betten benötigt werden, diese wurden dann für uns frisch vorbereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine schöne, sehr ländliche Gegend, in der sich die Kinder toll austoben konnten. :-)

Fijn verblijf

Ons verblijf als gezin met volwassen en kleine kinderen op deze locatie was fijn. Er is alle ruimte om het huis met fijne tuin en privacy. De stad Xanten biedt voldoende aan interessants en ontspanning. Kortom, we hebben hier samen een aantal fijne dagen doorgebracht.

Proper place for short stay

In general a proper place for a short stay with a group of 6 adults. The accommodation is rated for 10 people however in our opinion 6 adults is the max. The whole set-up is straight forward; not a particular cosy place but functional and clean. We used it to explore the "Industry Kultur" from Ruhr area.

Familien-Sommer-Urlaub

Wir [5 Erw. und 2 Kinder (2 + 4)] haben uns bewusst für dieses Haus entschieden, da wir die Lage durch einen Aufenthalt im Gutshaus bereits kannten. Xanten kennen wir schon seit vielen Jahren und das ruhig gelegene Haus war mit der Zimmeraufteilung für unsere Familien-Gruppe perfekt. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich, ob Wassersport oder Geschichte, alles ist erreichbar. Unser Urlaub war sehr schön, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte prima. Vielleicht noch ein Hinweis für Gäste, die auch mit so kleinen Kindern reisen: Steckdosendeckel mitbringen und wer Wäsche waschen muss, der sollte in der Jugendherberge nachfragen.

Familienurlaub in ländlicher Idylle

In ländlicher Ruhe und von Wiesen und Feldern umgeben haben wir, 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder mit 2 Hunden, unseren alljährlichen Familienurlaub verbracht. Den schönen Garten mit Sitzplatz und Grill sowie die große Sonnenterrasse im 1. OG haben wir sehr genossen. Die Bäder sind neuwertig und sehr schön. Sehr bequeme Betten haben uns nachts gut schlafen lassen. Die grosse Küche im OG war für das gemeinsame Frühstück und Abendessen ideal. Die Nähe zu Xanten und die vielen Ziele ringsum lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus.

Familienurlaub mit Kinder und Enkel

Sehr schöne Lage, inbesonders für Fahrradtouren. Der Wohn-Bereich ist besser nutzbar, wenn nicht alle Schlafräume belegt werden müssen. Trotzdem hat uns der Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen.

Landurlaub an einer schönen Kulturstadt

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, alles stimmte mit der Beschreibung & Fotos. Die schnelle Beantwortung von Gastgeber war sehr. Die Lage war schön beruhigend und zu gleich schnell an der schönen Stadt Xanten mit tollen LVR-Archäologischer Park Xanten und der Altstadt. Wir werden es nochmal besuchen und die beiden Wohnungen buchen. Wünsche allen einen schönen Aufenthalt. 🌞

Möbel kaputt, Besen scheint noch von 18. Jahrhundert zu sein, schlechter Geruch im ganzen Haus, viele Möbel mit Spinnweben versehen, 2 Radios und keins geht

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Weihnachtsbaum auf Anfrage

In dem Ferienhaus haben wir Weihnachten mit der Familie verbracht. Das Haus war perfekt geeignet für 6 Personen und einen Hund. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass unser Gastgeber so freundlich war uns auf Anfrage einen geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum zu organisieren! Alles einwandfrei! Wir haben die Weihnachtstage dort sehr genossen - vielen Dank!
