「The hotel was exactly what I wanted and wish I had more time to stay there longer, more than one night. When I say exactly what I wanted, I mean a house or room of character, an authentic building or "classic" if you will and I loved it. Also, the property manager Cherise was extremely helpful, my wife and I visit Malta a lot and will certainly be back to this property again.」

「The room was clean and well equipped. The location was great as well! I loved the small balcony! Unfortunately we had massive issues with the air conditioning that did not work throughout our stay. The remote was not working and the action air conditioning was switching on and off on its own. We were told it’s broken and the remote doesn’t connect. We had to sleep with the balcony door open which obviously caused noise from the road. Additionally, the kettle had EU plug but the sockets in the...

「I did get good response from property for check-in and response to requests. I was very disappointed in the conditions of the apartment. It is very dated and in need of repairs and upgrading. The floors are old and in bad condition. There is peeling paint around the windows sill. I contacted the property as no ceiling lights worked. They did have a service person come the following day to replace bulbs, but two blew out so there might be a ceiling wiring issue? The kitchen is minimally...
