"I like the view , the terasse, the pool and a little walk to the town Neapoli , with the light of the handy. I do not like that the parasols at the pool are not working"

"We only stayed here for one night, but everyone in my group agreed that we would love to spend a week here. The property is situated in a peaceful, rural environment that is a short walk to the beach and still relatively close to neapolis, a bigger town. The room was thoughtfully furnished and decorated and the host was very attentive. Our balcony had beautiful views of the mountains and the sea! Perfect place to unwind and experience the Greek countryside. "

"To start with the (only a few) positives: - The property manager was forthcoming and friendly. - Location of the property is ok: Elafonisos is 10 minutes by car + 10 minutes by ferry away; Kastania cave, Petrified forest and Monemvasia are all 30-40 minutes away. The nearest town, Neapoli, is 5 mins away (all by car). However, the neighbourhood itself is less than scenic, a dirt coastal road leads you to the property. Nowhere to go on foot. "Loved it. If you’re looking for a cute quiet spot in a teeny village, you can’t beat this. The view was stunning. The beach was unreal. Several restaurant options within a short walk. Even prettier than the photos. "

"The place is unique and you are away from any noise and trouble. A lovely place with a lovely family who owns and runs the place. You will love it."

"The Akrotiri Hotel was really good, so much so that we stayed longer than planned. The host Timus was very accommodating explaining that the breakfast was €7 extra per person despite the booking site stating that it was free but the receipt was ambiguous in that respect. The who are was very clean and tidy with fantastic beaches that we had largely to ourselves given it was still early in the season with clean public toilets at most beaches and towns. "The staff was so welcoming - with refreshments that were homemade. The service and help were outstanding. The property was clean and very well equipped. Beautiful views, own patio area, great air-conditioning and refrigerator and hot pot in room. Breakfast was either buffet or custom ordered. Very friendly and elegant property."
