"I had a fantastic break with my partner at the H10 Rubicon Horizons hotel. The arrival experience was fantastic; the cases were taken care of, and we were greeted with a friendly face and a glass of cava. Our room (2106 privilege area) had the best balcony view I have ever had at a resort (sea view and straight across to Fuerteventura). The balcony had plenty of space, with a table, chairs and two sun loungers with plenty of privacy and peace. Room amenities were all working as expected; with a restocked minibar daily and a super friendly housekeeping team who were patient with me when I needed to pop to the room, or needed a lie in! The resort itself is very well kept; with plenty to do during the day if you want to keep busy, and perfect for those who want to sip cocktails from their sun lounger all day. Food; the buffet restaurant has a huge selection of cuisine with plenty of fresh meat and fish being prepared in front of your eyes. The care and attention the chefs are putting in despite it being a constant stream of people really differentiates the buffet at this hotel from any others I've been to. The resort has several themed restaurants; our favourite being Sakura but we didn't have a bad meal at any of them. Finally; the spa. It's included if you are a privilege guest (one visit) and is a small oasis to escape for a bit. The staff are friendly there is a variety of things to try, and plenty of space to relax. "All good. The only issue I had was I changed the dates back in Sept 2025. I checked last week to make sure the dates were right and they still had the old dates. Luckily I could change them online but had to pay extra."

"Have stayed here many times & just love Playa Limones Bungalows!Always quiet,clean,friendly helpful staff-a peaceful,relaxing holiday. Lovely to have sun loungers,table & chairs on the large terraces. Close to beach,supermarkets,bars & restaurants. The bungalows are well equipped with everthing you need."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was great from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, which made a big difference to our experience. The food was very good, with a nice variety and great quality. The spa was also wonderful, very relaxing and well equipped, making it a perfect place to unwind. We also really enjoyed the cocktails at the bar, which were delicious and well prepared. Overall, we truly loved our stay, felt very comfortable throughout, and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily come back again."

"Love this hotel, it's my 10th stay. The hotel is good for families and couples. The kids club and entertainment is away from the accommodation and there is an adult only pool. Beautifully kept gardens,some pools are heated. "

"All of the hotel is clean. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. We've been here several times and have enjoyed each experience."

"How this is rated 5 star, I will never know. Rooms are average, food is sub prime. The worst are the staff who are really not friendly and so begrudging to have to help you out."
