Beautiful, newly built 4 bedroom with garage

Conveniently located within walking distance of the airport (very minimal air traffic). This 4 bedroom townhouse will be sure to be your home away from home. The first level has one parking space as well as a garage, bedroom, & backyard. Up the stairs you’ll find the laundry room, kitchen, dining, living room, and 1/2 bath. On the top level are 3 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. Step out and get some fresh air on the front or rear balconies! Located in a quiet neighborhood across from a gym and behind doctor’s offices.

there for a wedding

It was a relaxing and cheery setting. My sister enjoyed the fire place and WY five, TV being in the living room. Enjoyed having two full and 1/2 bathrooms We liked being able to have up to 6 guests with no extra charge Our 3 nephews and niece in law were able to stay with us for 2 nights

Great townhouse!

Super clean and was very cute, comfortable and well-appointed. Loved being able to park in the garage. One bedroom is downstairs off the garage so it is separated from the rest of the house.

Spacious Stay in Yakima

We were visiting family for Thanksgiving and enjoyed the spacious condo. A word of caution, there are two flights of stairs to get to the main bedrooms, which may be an issue for some people. Overall, we enjoyed our two night stay.

Beautiful… convenient!

I was in town with my husband and adult children for a wedding held at Gilbert Cellars. This location was perfect; centrally located to the venue, shopping and restaurants. Clean, spacious, and well appointed. Definitely recommend!

Spacious, clean and cute!

The condo was perfect for our family. Large rooms and very spacious. We especially enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and playing cards at the large dining room table. Ashlee was always quick to respond to my questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Property

This is a great property and we had a wonderful time during our stay. We didn't realize there were so many stairs when booking. It was ok for us but could be an issue for someone who is older. If you can handle a lot of stairs this is the place for you!

Property was clean. Accurately listed and described. Also, had a small issue with an appliance (which is fine, things happen) and the owner was responsive and prompt in helping correct the issue. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay 10/10!

Nice Place, Owner Needs to Understand Customer's Viewpoint

The place was perfect, as far as the condo. The night before we left I asked if we could leave three hours after normal checkout. I was told, "Yes. But, it will cost you $30 per hour." I was not given a reason for the additional charge of $90. I also had checked and there was no one checking in the day we left. I told him I was not interested. We had already paid for the three nights and this seemed a bit extreme. I sent message asking for 90 minutes without being charged and was offered 60 minutes. This may seem reasonable to some but from my perspective as a guest, without giving me a reason, it is not and left a bad taste in my mouth. There seemed to be no understanding of how this left our party of five feeling. As a result, I would only stay here again, as a last resort.
