Yakima Vacation Rentals- Spacious Bungalow

Nicely restored 1920's bungalow just minutes from downtown. This house has lots of room for everyone. Sleeps six. Large backyard, great for summer barbecuing or just sitting outside enjoying the evening. ASK ME ABOUT MY PET POLICY.
The space
This is a large house with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor along with the living room with a TV, dining room, and kitchen. One room has a queen bed, the second room has two twin beds.
The downstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a small bathroom downstairs with a shower, toilet, and pedestal sink. The room also has the washer and dryer. Also downstairs is a large family room. another TV and french doors leading out to the backyard.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home and the fenced backyard.
Other things to note
The house is on a main, high traffic street in Yakima. There are sidewalks on the other side of the street that lead down to an elementary school. A great place to play on the playground with the little ones or take the dog for a run. Landscaping service is on Thursdays. They arrive in the morning and quickly get the job done. From time-to-time, other work needs to be done, sprinkler check, fertilizing the lawn, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee for the Keurig machine, dishes and eating utensils and pots and pans. Fresh towels and linens are provided as well as a hair dryer and shampoo and conditioner. There is WiFi and full cable including HBO and Showtime. There is also an iron and ironing board in the upstairs twin bedroom closet.
