The Space:

Located on the first floor where Clarence, Pilot, and Coldstream Streets intersect, The Springs has undergone a stylish renovation, with delightful and cheerful touches found in every corner. Most rooms offer water views, providing a soothing and serene backdrop.
This light-filled apartment caters to all your needs for an unforgettable Yamba experience. From a fully equipped kitchen with nespresso machine to free and unlimited Wifi, smart TV, bedding and bathroom linen, ceiling fans in the two queen bedrooms, and a split system air conditioner in the living room, we have thought of everything to ensure your comfort.
Downstairs there is undercover parking for one small vehicle and free and unlimited on street parking for additional or larger vehicles (the carpark is a standard vehicle size but it's a little tight).
Our cleaning fee includes full professional clean and linen hire.

The Neighborhood:
Everything is walking distance from this centrally located apartment surrounded by The Pacific Hotel, the cafes and restaurants on Clarence St and Yamba Main Beach. It's a short 150m stroll to the township of Yamba for the newspaper or some boutique shopping and you can walk to all of Yamba's five beaches.
Getting Around:
You can walk to almost everything from The Springs including all five of Yamba's beaches, town and all the restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
- The property is located right in the heart of the action. It's located between the Pacific Hotel and the cafes on Clarence St.
- While the property is air conditioned and you can close all the windows, there are some nights when guests leaving the pub can be noisy as they walk home and the cafes open early with happy chatting early risers.
- There is one undercover carport. The space is tight so if you have a large vehicle you may prefer to park on the street just outside the apartment. Additional vehicles may park for free on the street just outside the apartment.
- There's no designated storage for bikes or surfboards.

The unit was very clean but much smaller than the photos lead you to believe. The outside noise was constant starting early in the morning and going on until late at night( construction noise that probably will finishe one day the traffic noise and passer by was bad constant not much room to sit on the patio outside the unitwithout out people in the eatery shops over the road constanly looking at you. Beach views hardly existed with the machinery and buildings from the construction going on but was limited from within the unit. I would not use this unit again.
