「There are signs all over that say no parties allowed but each night that we stayed we had people next to us the first night where the kids were screaming and yelling and babies crying and then the second night we had kids next door or upstairs jumping off the bed. So it was like a party every night for everyone else so we got no sleep」

「This website sent me to a hotel that was under renovation and not in service. I arrived at 11:30 pm. It took a half hour to reach a customer service person. And then another half hour for that person to Not reach the hotel! Because it wasn’t in service!!! Ridiculous!!!!」
