「Very clean and no clutter! Good instructions sent timely. Quick responses with questions. With my dogs it was hard with all the coyotes one actually was in the yard. Also might mention that three trains a night go by and it is close. Although it is hard to get away from the sound of a train in Wickenburg, this was extremely close to the tracks.」

「Everything was as described. Clean, nice house. Felt pretty private. Some noise from the highway, but not bad. We kept a couple of horses, great sized turnouts. Enjoyed watching birds and bunnies at the water in the back of house. We would definitely stay again.」
