"Incredible customer service, staff were friendly and super helpful from front desk to restaurant to the bar staff. Location of hotel is central, given the proximity of the hotel to the train station, at night things got a bit loud outside the hotel premises. The rooms were well maintained and air con and heating facilities were great!"
