The property did not meet our expectations. It was located in a very busy area, surrounded by late-night restaurants, bars, and karaoke spots, which made it quite noisy, especially at night. We also felt a bit uneasy at times, as there were often drunken individuals, mostly older adults and loud younger crowed frequenting the area. The entrance to the hotel was filled with various business card and people were standing nearby, for business which added to the discomfort. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this property based on our experience. 😥

The hotel is beautiful, however my 1st room was a bit dated with dust, which caused some allergy issues for me. However the upgraded room options were much better. The staff was very courteous and kind. I would stay again, but I would upgrade my room from the start.

"Hotel is nice and comfortable with a very good location. Just 3 to 5 mins walk away from Lotte Mall and a busy shopping street where u can get all the best food and shopping. For the rate, this is definitely a good choice."
