My mom and I stayed here for two weeks during our visit to Yerevan. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the spa was lovely and private — I liked that we could reserve an hour and have the space all to ourselves. Breakfast was basic but good. The beds were extremely firm and could definitely use an upgrade.
Housekeeping was disappointing. We often had to ask for fresh towels and sheets, and the bathroom counters were never cleaned during our entire stay. At one point, I even had to grab toilet paper from the janitor’s closet. The Wi-Fi was also very weak and unreliable.
The location isn’t ideal if you want to be within walking distance of Republic Square or the Cascade — it’s not in the heart of Kentron. However, Yandex rides were quick, easy, and very affordable, so getting around wasn’t a big issue.
What really made the stay better was the staff — they were truly wonderful: kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. Their hospitality stood out and made up for a lot of the hotel’s shortcomings.
