Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, kettle, dishes & essentials, coffee & sugar. 1 modern bathroom with continuous hot & cold water, washing machine, shampoo, shower gel, soap, hairdryer, towels, disposable slippers, free Wi-Fi, heating, Smart-TV, music-box, bedding, iron, first aid kit & other household & hygiene supplies. House is rented entirely, including a private yard.
Outdoor highlights: large terrace for preparing tasty dishes on the fireplace, relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying a peaceful coffee. Personal BBQ gazebo with accessories for cooking delicious food (skewers,grill grate, one bundle of firewood). It is perfect for evening gatherings.
Sauna with panoramic glass overlooking the river (extra fee).
Activities:
We have an entire slope for sledding, skiing, and tubing with rubber tires. Sleds and tubing tires are free for our guests. Inflatable pool available seasonally in summer Horseback riding nearby + rides on mountain trails possible (for a fee).
fishing in the river (we provide fishing rods), playing volleyball, badminton, backgammon, chess, dart or simply resting in a hammock. This place is ideal for photo tours, hiking and rock climbing (routes are very close!). Parties & events can be held. Free car parking on the territory of the house.
Prime Location – Close to everything Just 36 km from Yerevan. We offer the best of both worlds - peaceful seclusion and proximity to major attractions: Lake Sevan, Bjni Fortress, Mayravanq Monastery, Tsaghkadzor ski resort, Aghveran hot springs. You can reach all these famous places by the car in 15 minutes. Good to know:
No smoking inside the guesthouse.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist ein großes Gelände mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und den Bach. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Ort liegt zentral und eignet sich gut für Tagesausflüge z.B. an den Sevansee. Gevorg hat immer schnell reagiert, wenn wir etwas brauchten und war sehr freundlich und hilffsbereit.Wir können das Objekt nur wärmstens empfehlen.
