「Very nice and comfy hotel room, also clean and tidy. Surprisingly the room has microwave and washing machine which make more convenient. The dining esp the afternoon tea looks nice but didn't have time to try. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only shortfall is not close to the Nagoya Station, but they do have shuttle bus service. Overall a very nice hotel.」

I am from HK, speak both Chinese & English They can speak English well but I am listening impaired, and they used their translate Apps to translate to Chinese for me to read, and I talk to them in English. Room are clean and tidy. Basic daily consumable (tooth brush, comb, watet, towels...) are fully provided. Disadvantage is the Hotel is in the middle of 2 metro station, need about 5-10 mins to walk.
