"Solo traveler; self check-in/out kiosks; Room was small but efficient, clean, comfortable & perfect for a short stay. Did not hear any air traffic, as I was on the 3rd floor. Great variety for breakfast. Took international flight to Haneda Airport & chose this location, as was catching a domestic flight the next day. I appreciated that the staff prepared a guided map that was located near the elevators that demonstrated how to get to the free shuttle service that provides transportation to al of the terminals. Would highly recommend this hotel if looking for this kind of stay!"

"Hotel staff was very helpful in setting up our rented pocket wifi so we could contact our relatives in Japan. The room provided was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and the food was very good."

"A brand new hotel with the upscale look and all the amenities you can want! The room was very clean and the staff were pleasant. I stayed 2 nights only but wished i stayed much longer. Very convenient hotel with restaurants and cafes downstairs. Would definitely come back again. A+"
