This is a beautiful hotel with a stunning onsen on the 12th floor. We had very helpful associates from check in to luggage storage and check out. We highly recommend this hotel and will return when we visit Japan in the future.

Tmark City Hotel Tokyo Omori
Room was very clean. Staff were very professional and courteous. Restaurant menu needs a bit more variety. Also the train station nearby had limited trains coming through so next station is a better option when travelling.
