「We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back!」

「Beautiful historic hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious, clean, and new. We had a full kitchen suite and a very large bathroom. The setup is atypical in that there is no staff onsite. This really is not a problem so long as you know not to expect a traditional hotel staff. My only complaint is that the technology used for checking in remotely is not good. I had to attempt checking multiple times and the way check in information is communicated is not streamlined. 「This rental far exceeded our expectations! It was more than a house… it was home! Every room was extremely clean and brilliantly decorated. Our stay coincided with weather of extremely high temperatures but we were more than comfortable as the house has fantastic air conditioning. It was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Cape Neddick Beach and Harbor /Lobster Pound Restaurant. I will recommend this house to all my family and friends.」
