This home from home has high-quality touches such as local artwork, quality toiletries, cotton linen, instant hot water quooker tap, , bespoke lighting, Laura Ashley duvets, Samsung smart TV’s, Bauwerk limewash painted walls and antique furniture will ensure you won’t want to leave, and give you a cosy York feel.

City Retreat offers the perfect location, situated close to a variety of supermarkets, shops and amenities such as Waitrose, Morrisons & Lidl but only a short walk into the city centre. Situated on the same side of the city as the Shambles and the famous Golden Fleece public house this high end apartment has everything to offer to make your stay in York unforgettable.

City Retreat is available for a minimum of 2 night stays and offers discount for long stays, for those staying for a week or longer your accommodation offers full service including cleaning and linen change per week.

Our expectations were exceed when we entered the building. Firstly, the level of security to access the apartments was high. The apartment again exceeded our expectations, it was immaculate and the eclectic finishing was superb.
