A week at Helmsley

The house is extremely conveniently situation at a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Helmsley but it is very quiet. The standard of the property is very high. We would stay there again

Amazing Stay

This was just perfect! The house was well stocked including the kitchen and the location could not have been better. It was so lovely just to walk through the church yard to the pub for dinner. I would highly recommend and we will def. be back!!

A cosy and spacious property in a quiet corner of Helmsley tucked away out of the hustle and bustle but only a short walk to to to the central market square. Brilliant host who was friendly and helpful.

Fabulous property

Location is excellent; town centre is only a couple of minutes walk, yet property is quiet and peaceful. Layout was great for our family get-together. All equipment provided. Garden is secluded.

Just perfect!

Five friends and myself stayed at the house at the end of September for three nights. It was just perfect for us. It was in a great location, which meant we were able to walk into Helmsley and enjoy some fabulous meals in the lovely restaurants. Can definitely recommend Coopers restaurant. The house was clean,, comfortable and had everything we could wish for during our stay. Communication with Amanda was good, too .Can most definitely recommend.

Ladies long weekend away/Birthday Celebration

Great location for accessing Helmsley itself & surrounding area. Property is situated in a quiet location a 3 minute walk from the centre of Helmsley with off road parking. House is well maintained, warm & clean with a kitchen & dining area suitablely equipped for self catering. We loved the space, thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely revisit. Wonderful half term stay

I brought my three grandchildren to stay in this house in Helmsley, and what a wonderful time we had. The house was perfect, ideally situated - just a short walk into Helmsley, and it suited us really well. Three bedrooms, each with an en-suite, well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room, and the bonus of the conservatory so that we weren't on top of each other. The house was spotlessly clean, and Amanda has thought of everything to make your stay totally relaxed. Thank you, we hope to return soon, and would have liked to stay longer this trip.

English Tranquility

The property is excellent. Owner has two properties side by side. We have stayed in one or the other on maybe eight occasions now. Owner is very helpful in all things. Property is very well furnished. The location is absolutely excellent -- within walking distance of anything your heart desires. Pubs, Restaurants, Food shops, Delicatessan, Theater, Church, bus stop all within 400 yards!! Property gardens are beautiful.

Amazing place

This proprty was awesome. We (family of five adults) used it as a base to explore the Dales and Moors, but I could have just spent the entire time exploring the lovely market town of Helmsley. You cannot go wrong renting this lovely home. Because I don't like to give perfect reviews I have to take a point off...because the teapot dribbled!☺ Sorry Amanda. You only get 9 1/2...out of five!
