"This was a service apartment, sort of tidy and clean. we can daily get towels, tissues, linens etc to make up room ourselves, but a thorough clean up by the housekeeping would be 6 to 7 days once. Still manage. Overall are tidy and clean. Air conditioning in some of the days not running smoothly but the repair staff came upon requested to fix it. Breakfast was ok. Eggs, one meat - burger beef or sausage, potatoes, cereals l, breads, pancakes I like most. Apples, sometines with bananas, yogurt. I would suggest whole boiled potatoes ... Most unfortunate was the only lift for the whole service apartment went out of order on our 5th night, our stay was 10 nights ! And we were on 4th floor, walking down the stairs for breakfast, lunch & dinner three times a day hahaha, exercising !! April 3rd to 6th were Easter holidays, so the earliest to have technician come in would be 7th the day we check out. We have to in between the period skip 2 days' breakfast and did early lunch as plan B. Staff were helpful. We informed front desk to ensure sending someone up to help in bringing down luggages for us, 2 medium size, 1 large piece, handcarry items of course able to be handled by us two. They sent. "

"我住了4晚，第一天竟然沒有人來收拾房間，垃圾沒有清理毛巾也一条都沒有幫我們更換，晚上回來打電話去housekeeping 也沒有人拿毛巾給我們，直到第二天早上我到前枱讲了才來收拾，床也太軟了，睡下去感覺有東西咬，很痒，其他的都沒什麼了設備好齐，早餐也很豐盛，地點位置一般般。"
