FORK & KNIFE

The hotel is wonderful, with a great location and excellent service. Everything is clean and tidy. Although the dinner buffet doesn't have a huge variety, the food is refined and delicious."

"From the moment we checked in, the staff provided a thorough orientation in fluent English. They personally escorted us to our room and gave a detailed introduction to the facilities. The room was spotless and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. What impressed us most was their exceptional personalized service. Due to our private itinerary, we needed to catch an early ferry at 6:40 AM. Although the hotel’s standard shuttle service starts at 7:00 AM, they specially arranged a private transfer at 6:20 AM to get us to the pier on time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. If we visit Miyajima again, we will definitely choose this hotel to try out different room types."
