「My room was a good size and it was very clean. The pool area was amazing. I reserved my room for 3 nights and had no problems the first 2 nights. On the evening of the 3rd night, the power went out in part of my room. I only had full power in the bathroom which meant I had to charge my phone in the bathroom and use the coffee maker in the bathroom. The only light working in the general area were the little lights over the bed. I couldn't even watch turn on the TV. I called the desk around 9pm...

「The toilet paper holder was broken off and TP just sitting on the toilet. Door not sealed in the bottom so I could hear the yelling and screaming in the parking lot. Office staff was amazing though!」

「My stay at the Hampton Inn LAX was excellent. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good. Most importantly, after I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left my laptop in the room. I called the front desk and they immediately helped locate it for me. I am truly grateful for their assistance. Thank you for the great service!」
