A personal service from Nancy. Beautiful bathroom with luxurious products and bath tub. A huge selection of food for breakfast at a time to suit. Clean and fresh throughout. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to restaurants and the market square. Easy free parking 1 street away. Lovely atmosphere with candles and tea/coffee snacks to help yourself during your stay. Perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gem. Thank you Nancy

Amazing Stay

From booking to leaving Nancy took care of everything we needed, full of information to make your stay that much better. Ideally situated a walk to the main centre and Menin Gate, our room was more than we expected, large, clean with a large bathroom with everything needed during our 2 day visit. Every morning a lovely breakfast with as much coffee as needed and at a time to suit us. We will certainly be coming back and stay here again.

He estado durante 3 semanas en el B&B de Nancy y la experiencia ha sido inmejorable. El trato recibido por parte de Nancy ha sido muy bueno. Las instalaciones y la limpieza un 10. La localización es perfecta. Facil de aparcar y tirnes el centro de Ieper a 5 min andando. El desayuno de 10!

Best B&B

This B&B is one of the top 3 that my wife and I have ever stayed in. Nancy our Host was exceptionally welcoming being multi Lingual including fluent English and very informative of the sightseeing places nearby. Her continental breakfast was amazing and the best continental breakfast we have had from any hotel or B&B in the world. The room was immaculate, of good size and a large en-suite which included a nice bath (my wife loved the soak in it). The location was fantastic with a 5 minute walk to the square which is full of eating options from icecream and waffles to very good restaurant dining and the Flanders Museum, 8 minute walk to the Mennin Gate and free roadside parking outside the B&B. One fantastic B&B.

Excellent but please don't tell everyone else!

We cannot praise this establishment enough. Nancy and Dirk were super friendly and welcoming. The accommodation itself was incredibly clean, tidy and beautifully furnished. Nancy's breakfast table was wonderful; Fresh farm yoghurt/cream, Cereal,Juice, Preserves, Selections of meat and cheese, Eggs, great selection of fresh bread and rolls, not to mention the delicious pastries! Parking was easy and outside of the chargeable zone so that was a bonus. Nothing was too much trouble and we look forward to returning again in the future. Thank you Nancy and Dirk, your attention to detail made our holiday truly special.

Perfect place in Ypres

We could not fault this place to stay. A warm and welcoming greeting by the family Very clean and comfortable parking outside the house. Breakfasts were everything you could ask for. Also access to tea and coffee when needed. Situated a short walk from the centre of town and the main attractions we would recommend this abide to anyone . Certainly go back if ever in the area again

ベッドルームもバスルームも十分広くて清潔で、ゆったり快適に過ごせました。オーナーご夫妻もとても親切かつフレンドリーで、まるで知り合いの家におじゃましているような感覚のアットホームなB&Bです。街の中心部へは歩いて行けますし、駅へも車で10分程。電車の時間をお知らせしておいたら駅まで送迎してくれました。朝食には新鮮なフルーツと、食べきれないくらいの種類のパンやチーズが出ていて、どれも美味しくいただきました。希望を聞いてから調理してくれる朝食の卵料理がまた絶品！またイーペルへ行く機会があれば、是非再度利用したいです。

Amazing

we had an amazing weekend at B & B @ rooms. The rooms are clean and quiet. The property is situated 10 minutes from the Menin Gate. The hosts are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble and the breakfast is divine. I would definitely return!
