“Pick-up service to and from the airport was faultless. The room was spacious, clean and bright. The bedding was luxurious. All you would want for an overnight stay.”

“房間實質大小與網站相片不乎,房間夾萬損毀,不能使用;房間衛生很多問題,第一日入住門後有兩片不明液體污垢物,到離開酒店那天還未清理。地板好像沒有拖地,長期讓腳板有粘貼的感覺。我們一家四口但浴室只提供一條浴巾,第二及第三天還沒有擺放浴巾,每次都要向前檯索取。地板防滑地毯如是。”

“We were on the first floor with the pool outside our door. The pool isn’t heated and it was too cold to go in. The room itself was not cleaned well before we entered. There were brown drip marks on the ground, the sink drain was misplaced, the shower was an open shower and every time we showered the entire bathroom floor would be covered in water, there was splatter marks on the walls, the lamps had broken twine on top, and the lights only worked half the time. ”
