The open living area invites you to unwind on a cozy sectional sofa and stream your favorites on the Smart TV. For home-cooked meals, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. Each of the four bedrooms provides a calm, restful atmosphere with plush bedding to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

Your private outdoor sanctuary is the heart of the experience, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunset views and starry nights from the fully fenced yard. Highlights include:

You will have full and exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. This includes the main house, the separate casita, the private pool, hot tub, and all outdoor areas. The property is never shared, ensuring total privacy for your group. Check-in is simple and convenient with a secure keypad entry system.

Property Layout: Please note that your reservation includes both the main house and a separate casita, which are not connected internally.

Pool Heating: Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee and must be arranged at least 5 days before your arrival. Fees are $90/day (April – October) and $180/day (November – March).

Pool and hot tub gets serviced typically on Monday and Thursday by a local pool cleaning company.


Climate Control: The main house has central air conditioning and heating. The guest house is equipped with a swamp cooler and a mini-split for cooling, plus wall units for heating.

Desert Environment: This is a true desert setting. You may encounter local wildlife such as coyotes, rabbits, and birds. Please be mindful and enjoy them from a distance.

Privacy & Security: For your security, exterior cameras are located at the property's entry points. There are no cameras in any private interior or exterior areas, including the backyard and pool.
