The minute you turn onto the dirt road, you feel a million miles away. Nestled on 5 acres of sprawling land where Joshua Trees abound, Rancho Flamingo was built to capture the magic of the desert. This fully renovated midcentury home offers luxury amenities w/ 4 large patios, hot tub, cowboy pool, firepit & sundeck. Local hiking & bouldering rival JT Natl Park (w/o crowds), w/600 acres to enjoy in solitude. Perfect for groups, families or work-from-home stay, & close to all high-desert hangouts!
The space
Relax and unwind on a picturesque 5-acre retreat in Flamingo Heights. There is so much to do, or nothing to do, whatever you prefer.
Enjoy four large outdoor lounge, dining, and sunning patios. Dip in the cowboy pool and hot tub, and then relax on the extra-large loungers built for two while gazing at the butte.
Grill up a feast and enjoy dinner outside under the stars, or relax with a glass of wine at the fire pit listening to music. There is an adjacent casita with a desk ready for you to take a private call or write your next novel.

There is local hiking in Flamingo Heights, just down the dirt road, with access to 600 acres of public land that offers free hiking, bouldering, or whatever you'd like to do in solitude. Or head over to the Joshua Tree National park and get lost amongst the boulders, and marvel at the magnificent mountains, caves, and rock climbing.
If you feel like getting out and about, all these favorite high-desert hangouts are within a 15min drive from Rancho Flamingo:
►Giant Rock Meeting Room: pizza, salads, live music and karaoke nights is just a 2-minute drive down the dirt road
► La Copine: famous for its Mushroom Banh Mi and selection of natural wines and local beers, is a 3-minute drive up Old Woman Springs Road
► The Copper Room: 11-minute drive - watch the sunset while sipping craft cocktails on the runway and listening to Jazz on Sundays
► Pappy & Harriet's: a world-renowned live music venue for tunes and BBQ under the stars, is a 15min drive down the scenic Pipes Canyon Road
► Shop locally at Moon Wind Trading Co. (2min drive), or in downtown Pioneertown after visiting Pappy's. You'll find local artisans, including clothing, soaps, vintage wears, and more
► Flea Market: Open on Saturdays and Sundays in downtown Yucca Valley. Pick up desert treasures for just a few dollars.
