The open layout seamlessly connects the living space to the fully renovated kitchen, equipped with modern amenities for your convenience. Step outside to the outdoor paradise, where a hot tub invites you to soak under the desert stars. The carport hanger has been converted to an outdoor dining area, adorned with enchanting string lights, provides an idyllic setting for large dinner gatherings. The fire pit is perfectly situated to take in the expansive views and famous starry night skies.

-Hot Tub Service-
The hot tub is serviced Tuesday and Friday, approximately between 11am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.
-Dogs-
Pipes Canyon Homestead welcomes your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.
-Guided Yoga, Sound Baths, Meditation, Massages & Personal Chefs-
Please reach out to us if you'd like recommendations for yoga instructors, guided sound baths, guided meditation, massages or personal chefs. Often times vendors are available come directly to the house.
-Security Cameras-
There are security cameras mounted by the front door in order to monitor the quantity of people and cars on the property, so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances. There are no security cameras in any private areas of the home.
-Parking-
Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway.
-Trash Service-
The house shares a dumpster with the neighboring property. The dumpster is located at the top of the driveway.
-Cleaning Fee-
100% of the cleaning fee goes directly to our hardworking cleaners.
