Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, Tortoise Oasis blends mid century modern design with relaxed bohemian charm and comfortably hosts up to 6 guests. This is a space created for slowing down, reconnecting, and truly enjoying your time away.
A place to play: Challenge each other to shuffleboard, bocce ball, ping pong, or cornhole, and turn simple moments into laughter filled memories. Whether it is friendly competition at sunset or late night games under the stars, boredom is not on the itinerary.
A place to unwind: Slip into the hot tub after a day in the park. Sway in a hammock beneath the trees. Gather around the fire pit in Adirondack chairs as the desert sky fills with stars. This is where shoulders drop and conversations linger.
A place to connect: Share meals around the large indoor dining table or grill and dine outside on the spacious patio table. The layout is designed for togetherness, whether you are celebrating, reconnecting, or simply enjoying unrushed time.
A place to relax: End your evenings curled up on the couch streaming your favorite shows on Disney+, Netflix, or Amazon Prime, or simply enjoy the quiet that only the desert can offer.
The Space:
Bedrooms: Designed for comfort, the primary bedroom features a California King bed, while the second bedroom offers two Queen beds. Storage, extra linens, luggage racks, and baby friendly items including a crib, high chair, and toys are provided for convenience.
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are fully stocked with plush towels, makeup removers, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Forgot something? We provide a wide range of essential toiletries at no extra charge so you can travel lighter and relax easier.
Kitchen and Dining: The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, spices, and everything needed to prepare memorable meals. Indoor dining seats 6 and outdoor dining seats up to 8.
Enjoy a complimentary coffee bar featuring Joshua Tree Coffee Company, a drip machine, Chemex pour over, and a curated selection of teas to start your mornings slowly.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. For safety and insurance purposes, only registered guests are permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been granted during the booking process. Unapproved visitors may result in removal from the property and potential cancellation of the reservation.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with families of all ages. We kindly ask that you respect the surrounding community by keeping noise levels reasonable, especially during evening quiet hours. Thank you for helping us maintain a calm and welcoming environment for everyone.

A personalized Welcome Guide will be sent after booking, featuring our favorite local eateries, must see sights, and hidden gems to help you make the most of your stay.
Other things to note:
Please respect our neighbors. The home is located in a quiet residential community, and sound carries easily in the desert air. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no outdoor music is permitted after this time.
The hot tub is to be used at your own risk. No glass is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Adding soaps, powders, or any foreign substances will result in a $200 draining and cleaning fee. For safety, please no jumping, diving, running, or rough play near the hot tub.
The property is equipped with exterior security cameras and a noise monitoring system to ensure house rules are followed.

NO PARTIES WHATSOEVER. We have a ring security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
