"The property able to provide shuttle service from Okayama station and from the nearest JR station. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There’s a small restaurant in the hotel, so even u didn’t have dinner booking, there will be place for you to eat. The room is big and in good condition."

"We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed. The staff were really lovely and took time to show us the best bits about town, they made sure we saw the fireflies and the mechanical clock, plus great places to eat. Friendly not flashy."

"房間舒適，食物不算太精緻，量大算可口。 工作人員有善有禮，能用英語溝通。早上旅館安排的山上看風景行程不錯。 溫泉區附近有超市及便利店，雖然景點不多，但在週邊散步的話挺舒服。 有免費穿梭巴士從岡山站直達旅館，十分方便。 最後有一點使我錯愕，浴室及溫泉洗澡區發現有曱甴，知道近月日本深受曱甴困擾，所以明白及理解，我解決後就不再出現。 另外浸溫泉時發現有松鼠出沒🐿️有趣 雖然有地方不妥善，但都推介。"
