The ground floor features a spacious living/dining room spanning 23 square meters, equipped with a double sofabed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long) and a satellite TV with a flat screen. This area seamlessly connects to the terrace through an exit. Additionally, you'll find an open kitchen furnished with essential appliances, including four hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and a toilet are conveniently located on this level.

Amenities Included
During your vacation, you can enjoy the comfort of air conditioning in two of the bedrooms, located on the upper floor. This level is accessed via a spiral staircase and comprises two separate rooms. The first room features a French bed (140 cm wide, 200 cm long), while the second room boasts a larger French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), both equipped with air conditioning units.
