Brilliant location. I wouldn't bother upgrading if staying again. The 'sea view' was a bit pointless (you could see a sliver of the sea in between two run down buildings). The apartment itself it lovely. Unfortunately the coffee machine didn't work though. Location is perfect. I would stay again but without the upgraded suite with sea view

The room was spotless clean and looked even better than the photos. The location is perfect, a few mins walk from The Sea Organ and don't forget to check out The Garden Lounge just behind your accomodation for a cocktail overlooking the sea. The owners were more than helpful. They arranged an early check-in for me which was much appreciated. Check-in and check-out was effortless. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great location and great accommodation. Quiet but close to all amenities including the water! Nice restaurant nearby. Just a short walk. Lovely room for 3 adults- spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom. Very well maintained. Would recommend. Easy contactless access via what’s app. Clear instructions. Very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Zadar.

Room was immaculately clean, good location, with well-appointed amenities and comfortable linens and a bathtub. The rooms are obviously within an apartment that has other owners or tenants. Surrounding area could use some sprucing up, like broken and loose sidewalk tiles, better lighting at nighttime. The WiFi was very finicky and you needed to disconnect from the network and re-log on about twice a day. The Nespresso machine didn’t work either. All in all it was clean, nice linens and management communicated well by email. Completely self serve as you never saw a single person. Website said no early check ins so we planned some sightseeing to get there by 4. By noon we were contacted and told that we could have checked in early (which would have been helpful maybe the day before, but not critically important). Would we go back, definitely. Just some minor rough edges. Oh and the parking is atrocious. Had to park in zone 2 which was exactly 1 km away. Luckily we managed to find a spot in the alley right next to the building which was free. Management did assist with that info.

A good location on the edge of the old town and close to the attractions the "sea organ" and "greeting to the sun". The accommodation is secure and very clean and being on the edge of the old town is accessible by an uber or taxi.

Very beautiful clean room, lady answered our texts and questions quickly, shared kitchen had everything you could ever want in it, I think the pillows might need an upgrade but over all was an amazing place 100% recommend❤️

Lovely accommodation

We had an amazing stay at Zadera Accommodation. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious. Mirjana was very helpful and had our room ready for us when we arrived even though it was before check in. If we are ever in Zadar again I would definitely stay at Zadera again.

The Zadera hotel room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Also an amazing location in the old Town. We would definitely recommend this delightful room.

Excellent location on the water, and great location to explore Old Zadar. Quick Uber ride from the airport and a very short walk to the tour companies that will bring you to Krka and Plitvice. Would highly recommend this accommodation and would stay here again.

Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön, das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Zu Fuß erreicht man sowohl Altstadt als auch das Meer in 2 Minuten. Die trotzdem etwas abgelegene Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr angenehm. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen :)

Really a wonderful suite, handy to have a kitchenette down the hall for coffee and refrigerator use. Easy check in and great walkable area in old Towne. Parking a bit tricky, but put faith in paying the meter for proper zone and all is good-
