「The hand shower in the bathroom made a strange drilling sound every time I used it. The room was a bit untidy when I first entered. The bathroom faucet didn’t work properly, and there was only one carpet, which wasn’t very useful after coming from the shower. Hotel staff were very friendly and really helpful. 「This place was above and beyond my expectations. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The location is perfect for someone who wants a peaceful stay by the sea. The hosts Angelo and Angela are incredible. I called Angela my fairy godmother, there was absolutely nothing she couldn’t fix or help with. 「The images of the hotel are deceptive and do not reflect reality whatsoever. I deeply regret my financial transaction and expect a full refund. The facilities are in disgraceful condition, the accommodation smelled of mold, there were rodent droppings on the balcony, and the premises are completely neglected. We were misled by the photos on the official website. My advice: Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!!"」

「This was a great stay for the 5 days we spent in Zakynthos. It’s an easy walk to the beach and any shops/ small markets you may need on your way back. Theres also a shop right next to the hotel owned by a lovely couple. Only thing that was not smooth was the check in as we were made to wait over an hour even though there was a set check in time, which delayed our day. Aside from this the room was spacious and clean with a pool view balcony and the staff were helpful and were glad we chose this...

「酒店本身还行，房间非常大。洗手间也很大。房间里面的设施也比较全，有烧水壶还配电炉子。有锅等厨具，可以自己做饭。但是最关键的是位置实在太偏僻了。虽然来扎金索斯基本都需要租车才行，但是即使租车也很难找到这个酒店，周围环境完全就是个农村，牛和鸡的叫声随时都听得见。小路要绕很久才能到达。靠近tsilivi小镇，距离市中心和机场大概半小时路程。如果要吃饭什么的，除了在酒店，基本就得要开车10几分钟到旁边的tsilivi小镇才行。」
