“The apartment itself is great —clean, beautifully furnished, and ideally located right by the Slovenian border for further exploring. Plus, the price is very fair and the complimentary breakfast treat basket was a wonderful energy boost in the morning! However, the check-in process was a bit of a thriller. At 3pm (official check in time) I still hadn’t received any check-in details. Communication through the Hotels.com app failed, so I had to call the host directly. That’s when I found out about……

“Lovely lady helping us check in although our German wasn't very good and our Hungarian non-existent. We arrived late because of train delays, but she helped us get into our room. Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. A great find for us! ”

“What a gift. Juri - our host, was informative and helpful. The place is wonderful in every way - and spending a few minutes hearing the history of the apartment was a bonus. Stay here. History and convenience in a lovely city. Highly recommend.”

“Der Aufenthalt war so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Schönes sauberes Zimmer, nette Gastgeber, die sehr gut deutsch sprechen und uns hilfreich zur Seite standen. Leider hat uns FEWO direkt im Vorfeld schon eine Gebühr für die Klimaanlage berechnet, obwohl wir sie gar nicht benutzt haben (112 Euro)!! Ist nicht in Ordnung und sollte erst vor Ort bezahlt werden bei tatsächlicher Nutzung. ”
