「The property listing shows that there is a laundry machine, this is a lie. When I inquired I was simply told "whoops, mistake, haha". It's really only an issue because I packed less planning to do laundry. The hosts' dismissive attitude really bothered me. Place overall is nice, but very very small. 「The location from the train station is very good and we walked with three suitcases. The apartment itself is very small, but manageable for a few days.Check in was easy and it was very nice that they had a smart TV, very nice spacious patio, and a large water bottle for us.This is a basic apartment, no frills but definitely served its purpose. 「Liebes Hotelteam, ich möchte gerne einige Anmerkungen zu meinem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel teilen. Leider waren einige Dinge nicht so, wie ich es erhofft hatte. Das Personal schien ein wenig unfreundlich zu sein, und das Zimmer war nicht so sauber, wie ich es erwartet hatte. Ich habe auch bemerkt, dass es Spinnweben über dem Bett gab. Am letzten Tag hatte ich leider ein kleines Missgeschick, als ein Mitarbeiter mit seinem Auto in mein Auto gefahren ist und dann einfach abgehauen ist. Zum Glück...
