"Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment down to the ski room — something we’ve never experienced before. It immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. On our first evening, the service was again outstanding. Your staff were incredibly attentive, and they introduced you to us as the owner. When you kindly came over to our table, I confess I didn’t fully realise who you were in that moment, and I’m a little disappointed in myself — had I known, I would have loved to speak with you properly. From a customer-service perspective, what you’ve created here is extremely impressive, and I would have enjoyed telling you that in person. I run a software business in London, and I would be extremely happy if my customers’ experience was anything close to what we have experienced here. A few members of your team I would like to give special mention to are Anna at reception; our waitress, whose name I regret I didn’t catch but who I believe is Slovakian; the Greek barman; and the gentleman who I assume is the restaurant or front-of-hou"

"The staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best experience! Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out. From the family-friendly atmosphere to the comfortable, clean room, every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The hotel was really beautiful, new and designed in a modern and cool way. the room was spacious, comfortable and the kitchenette was accessorized with everything we needed for cooking. The hotel spa was also very great, we enjoyed it. The reception clerks were really nice, helpful and patient with our many questions, especially Amelie."

"We stayed here for two nights on our way to Italy, and it was such a great find! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. It’s on the top floor of a small guesthouse on a farm, with beautiful views all around. We slept really well! We also went on a nice hike right from the property — through the forest and along the mountainside to Lake Piburg. It was a bit challenging, but perfect for families. The host was very welcoming. The only thing we’d suggest is adding a simple curtain to the clear-glass door for a bit more privacy."
